The Zone secures Garfield Weston Foundation support

The Zone is delighted to have received £30,000 in core funding from the Garfield Weston Foundation, helping us continue and strengthen our work supporting young people across Plymouth.

Core funding is particularly valuable because it helps us maintain the wider work that makes our services possible – from the people who support young people every day, to the resources, facilities and systems that enable us to provide a welcoming and accessible service.

At The Zone, young people can come to us with all sorts of concerns, whether they need advice and information, support with their wellbeing, help with housing or someone to talk to. Our aim is to make sure there is somewhere young people can turn to and that they can access the right support for their individual circumstances.

The Garfield Weston Foundation’s support will help us continue this work and provide a strong foundation for the development of our services as we respond to the changing needs of young people in Plymouth.
