Counselling

When we're struggling with our mental health, counselling can help us to process what’s going on in a safe environment.

Counseling provides valuable support during difficult times, typically involving discussions about your emotions, thoughts, and experiences. This can help you to understand life's challenges, offering a safe environment to express difficult feelings, unburden yourself, and develop coping strategies.

Our team of counsellors are friendly, welcoming and won’t make any judgements about you, your problems or your experiences; they will listen to you and provide a safe space to help you to explore how you’re feeling.

If you are aged 18 and over we can offer up to 12 free sessions of counselling and can provide both face to face and online sessions.

If you’re under 18 our victim of crime counselling service may be able to support you.

I’m very thankful of the kindness and I have enjoyed these sessions and I’m very happy with how far I’ve come thanks to my counsellor.
