Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Salary: £50,000 FTE (£35,135 actual salary based on 26 hours per week)
Hours: 26 hours per week (across 3 or 4 days)
Contract: Permanent

The Zone is a well-established and respected charity supporting young people aged 13–25 across Plymouth. For over 35 years, we have provided free, confidential advice, guidance and support to young people facing challenges relating to mental health, sexual health, housing, substance misuse and wider wellbeing.

We are now seeking an inspiring and strategic Chief Executive Officer to lead The Zone into its next phase of development. This is an exciting opportunity to build on our strong reputation, strengthen partnerships across the city, and ensure that young people continue to receive the high-quality support they need to live healthy, successful and fulfilling lives.

As CEO, you will work closely with our Board of Trustees, Senior Management Team, staff and volunteers to provide strategic leadership, strengthen financial sustainability and champion the needs and voices of young people across Plymouth.
