Clinical Team Leader Icebreak

Salary: £33,500-£37,000 - Full Time (37 hours)

We are looking for a forward thinking and enthusiastic mental health practitioner with experience of effectively managing a team through transition.

The successful candidate will provide clinical and managerial leadership to the successful operation of a multi-disciplinary team. The early intervention service will offer a developing range of evidence based psycho-social and behavioural interventions to young adults experiencing emerging signs of personality disorder.

With the ability to deliver effective and supportive staff management and specialist knowledge of child and adolescent mental health you will be an inspirational and motivating leader.

Schools’ and Mental Health Trainer

Salary: £22,600 per annum pro rata (£20,156.75) for 33 hours per week (4.5 days).

Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st August 2019 (with possibility of extension subject to funding)

As Schools’ and Mental Health Trainer you will be responsible for supporting the professional development of teachers and non-teaching staff, and awareness of parents, carers, governors and pupils (the ‘whole’ school) on issues impacting on young people’s emotional and physical health.  

You will have experience of designing, delivering and evaluating high quality and evidence based training.  You will also have specialist knowledge of child and adolescent mental health and be educated to degree level or equivalent. With excellent organisational skills, and an aptitude for building and cultivating relationships across sectors, you will be committed to enabling whole school communities (staff, parents/carers and students), to feel confident about keeping young people safe.

Project Support Worker – Risk Management/Health & Safety

Salary: £22,000 - Full Time (37 hours per week)

Contract: Permanent

As Project Support Worker you will work as part of an established team and will be responsible for overseeing risk management processes for activity undertaken with young people on Zone premises, and for work carried out in the community. The role will also involve coordination of Health & Safety requirements across the Agency.

You will have working knowledge of risk management procedures and health and safety legislation, excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent with experience of work with vulnerable young people.

We require you to be over 18years of age and if applying for a placement with any of our teams you will need to studying at degree level with block placements.
