ZAP Project - Early Intervention Worker
Salary: £17,775 per annum (pro rata) for 31 hours per week worked flexibly
Temporary contract until 31st August 2017 with possible extension subject to funding.
The successful candidate will need to have relevant experience of supporting vulnerable young people as well as possessing patience and resilience. We are looking for candidates with a positive "can do" attitude, who are able to demonstrate experience of developing effective working relationships with a range of clients and staff. You will have the ability to communicate effectively across settings and to work as part of a team. You will need to be an effective problem solver and be able to work on your own initiative with a caseload of up to 10-12 young people.
Candidates will need to work flexibly demonstrating experience of working in a young person centred environment.

Icebreak Care Co-ordinator
Starting salary £21,323 – £23,100 (based on experience) for 37 hours per week
As a member of Icebreak, you will work in a multidisciplinary team to provide an early Intervention service, delivering a range of psycho-social and behavioural interventions to young adults aged between 16 and 25 years, experiencing emerging signs of personality disorder.
As a Care Co-ordinator, you will have experience of building relationships and supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, who are experiencing a range of issues which impact negatively upon their mental health.
We particularly welcome applications from those who have professional qualifications in Mental Health, Social Work or similar professions.
The role will involve occasional anti-social hours and an element of providing ‘out of hours’ on call telephone support on a rotational basis.
