Info, Support and Advice Home

What happens when I come in for advice?

When you access The Zone for the first time, you will be introduced to a Youth Support Worker or volunteer, who will support you with your identified needs.

How can a youth support worker help?

They provide a drop in service for 13-25 year olds, to talk about any issue, including housing and sexual health.  This team may also identify if any of our other services would be appropriate for more intense needs, or refer on to the appropriate external services.

How to get help.

Walk into The Zone on any day of the week (Monday - Friday) and you will find a busy, lively vibrant atmosphere; a casual waiting area, with funky sofas and lighting, often filled with young people waiting to be seen by our amazing team of dedicated volunteers.

You will be greeted by our friendly and efficient receptionists, who whilst juggling the demands of incoming calls to all 9 in house Projects, whilst offering a smile and reassurance to our customers and a welcome to any visitors attending meetings with staff.

Please see our get in touch page for opening times.
