'Your Space' Counselling Project

Spend time with a counsellor who will help to understand and make sense of issues you may be struggling with.

Insight

Are you 14-35 years old and:

• Hearing voices?
• Is your mood up and down?
• Feeling paranoid, extreme anxiety, or fearful?
• Do you have ideas or beliefs that other people think are strange?
• Are you seeing things that aren't really there?

Are you 16-25 years old and experiencing:

• Problems forming or keeping relationships
• Self harm or suicidal thoughts.
• Feeling isolated or that you do not belong?
• Difficulties with day to day living?

Sexual Health at The Zone

Are you 13-25 years old?

The zone's Sexual Health Clinic can help with many things including:

• Free PregnancyTesting
• Free Condoms
• Free Emergency Contraception
• Free ChlamydiaTesting
• Information on SexuallyTransmitted Infections
• Information and Advice
• Sexual Health Advice

We have a regular nurse and doctor available to help you (see more info for times when the nurse and doctor are at The Zone)

The Young Carers Project

Are you aged 8- 18 years old and feel that you have to do things for your family that other people your own age don't?

If so, you could be a young carer.

Mount Wise Youth Project - Community Based Youth Work

The project is based in the Devonport area of Plymouth.

• Are you aged between 11 and 25 years old?

The LIFE Projects 1

Are you aged 16 25 in live the Plymouth area?

We help people who are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless to live safe, healthy and positive lives by providing housing advice and practical assistance.

Project 1:Young Peoples Homeless Service

Helps people who may be sleeping rough, sofa surfing or who have to leave their current home to have somewhere more stable to live.

Housing and Homelessness Advice - drop-in

Everyone has the right to a safe place to call home.

The Zone aims to enable young people to access safe, suitable and secure accommodation. Available to anyone aged 13 – 25 years, the Drop-In service will provide information, guidance and with you a support worker will explore your housing options.
