The Zone is a dynamic charity, whose Mission Statement is: ‘To empower young people to live safe, healthy and positive lives’. This is achieved by providing a wide range of services.

The Zone, in partnership with Plymouth City Council and the Department of Health, has been awarded funding to take part in a pilot scheme for 4 years, (of which, we are now into our third year), to develop a highly innovative Multi Systemic Therapy service for young people in Plymouth. MST works with young people aged 16-17 and their families to reduce out of area placements and offers intensive one to one support.

We are looking to recruit/second a highly motivated individual as:

MST Team Leader

Salary: £54,454 - £67,134 pa (Subject to Qualification & Experience)

A Leader with Managerial and Clinical responsibility to lead the MST team maintaining integrity with the model. You must have a Masters Degree in either Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Social Work or a qualification in a related field. If you are a Senior Practitioner with a track record of delivering and developing services through a specialised team and are keen to work on an innovative project, we want to hear from you. This post is equivalent to a Band 8 post under Agenda for Change.
