Salary: £19,570- £23,451 pa (funded by Supporting People until December 2009)

LIFE offers a ‘floating support’ service to young people aged 16-25 who are at risk of losing their accommodation. You will need to demonstrate sound knowledge of homelessness & housing legislation affecting young people and the accommodation services available to them in Plymouth. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to successfully engage with young people and commitment to working in partnership with other agencies.

P/T Insight Care Co-ordinator (30 hours)

Salary: £21,115-£25,394 pa pro rata

Insight is an innovative Early Intervention Service, for young people experiencing early psychosis. We are looking for applicants who are able to care co-ordinate a caseload of young people with severe mental health problems, and who have significant experience of working with young people with a range of issues. Your professional background may be Youth Work, Social Work, Education, Mental Health, Health professional or a related field.
