IceBreak provides a friendly & accessible service committed to supporting & empowering people aged 16-25 in Plymouth, Ivybridge & Tavistock who are experiencing emotional distress. You may experience this as difficulties with daily living, problems in forming or maintaining relationships, self-harm or suicidal behaviours or a sense of not belonging. We will work with you to support your strengths & help challenges. |
